8. Data Retention

- Client/Lead Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual lead records at any time from your dashboard.
- Chatbot Transcripts: Retained for the duration of your subscription unless deleted earlier by you.

After your account is cancelled, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, subject to legal requirements for longer retention (e.g., tax records for billing information).

9.4 Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements for retention. We will process your request within 30 days.
10. Analytics and Cookies
We use basic website analytics to understand how users interact with our platform and improve the Service. We use the following types of cookies:
